The Payments card on the Customer experience tab of Settings hides the payment methods that should not be available for pickup point delivery. It is empty by default and needs the Standard plan or above.
Open Payment methods to hide, pick the ones that should disappear and save. They are hidden while the customer has your mapped InPost pickup rate selected, so a customer who picked an ORLEN Paczka rate keeps every payment method.
Methods are matched by their full name. Rename one in Shopify and it is no longer the method the app is looking for, so it quietly stops being hidden. After any rename, come back to this card and pick your methods again.
This is a checkout rule. It does not hide the express checkout buttons on the product page or in the cart; the "Buy now" button card is the one for those. Cash on delivery at a parcel locker stays out of it too: it has its own card, and it remains visible on the cash on delivery rate even if you list it here.
Place a test order and confirm the method is gone once you select the pickup rate, and back once you select a different rate.
On the Free and Basic plans this card is visible but not applied. Your list is kept and starts working after an upgrade.
