The app can offer customers a second pickup network, ORLEN Paczka, next to InPost. It is off by default and available in Poland only, so the checkbox is not shown on other markets. Once it is on, buyers choose the carrier first and the map can show ORLEN points.
ORLEN Paczka needs its own Shopify rate, because the app tells the two carriers apart by the rate. Name it so that it neither contains nor sits inside the InPost rate name: with "Punkt odbioru" and "Punkt odbioru ORLEN", every ORLEN order would be read as an InPost one. Clashing rates are greyed out in the select, so you cannot pick one by mistake.
On the General tab of Settings, open Delivery method, tick ORLEN Paczka and choose that rate in the select that appears underneath. Saving without a rate is refused.
ORLEN Paczka labels are only produced through Apaczka; your own InPost contract cannot print them. Connect Apaczka on the Labels tab. There is nothing to pick: the app finds the service by itself, and the Who creates your labels card shows whether it did. Until then ORLEN labels are refused rather than guessed.
ORLEN Paczka never carries cash on delivery, so that rate hides on any cart with an ORLEN point. Once a customer picks a point, the other carrier's rate is hidden at checkout, so the two can never be mixed in one order.
Turning a carrier back off keeps its saved rate mapping, so switching it on again finds the same rate.
ORLEN labels need Apaczka: Print labels without an InPost contract, using Apaczka.
