The Locker modal and map card on the Customer experience tab of Settings holds the Experience mode setting. Customize modal and map opens the full editor, headed Locker experience: a Settings column on the left and a Preview column on the right. Both need the Standard plan or above. On Free and Basic you can open the editor and see the preview, but the store keeps the defaults.
Quick choice, the default, shows a simple choice first: locker or another delivery. Map first opens the map straight away, with a way back to another delivery. Quick choice suits stores where most orders are not pickup orders. Map first suits the stores where they are.
Visual style has three presets. InPost trust is the default and leans on the carrier's own look. Store-neutral steps back so your own branding leads. High contrast is for maximum legibility.
Copy tone appears only when your delivery country is Poland. Choose Direct (the default), Friendly or Formal. With ORLEN Paczka also enabled, some tone wording is simplified, because one label has to describe both networks.
The right column shows your choices. Switch it between desktop and mobile, and between Modal, Map and Block, the panel in the cart. Map first mode has no modal, so only Map and Block are offered. Check mobile before you save, since that is where most pickup points are chosen.
Add your logo and colours in Match the picker to your brand colours and logo.
Preset wording close but not right? Rewrite the wording in the modal and map.
Run one real cart afterwards, because a preview cannot show how your theme frames the modal.
