Some carts should never go to a pickup point: a mattress, a bottle of something fragile, an order too small to be worth shipping. The Pickup point visibility card on the Customer experience tab of Settings sets that. It needs the Standard plan or above. Set any of the three rules, then save.
Tick Order value and fill Show from cart value, Show up to cart value, or only one of them. An empty field leaves that end of the range open. Both fields use your shop currency, and a "from" value above the "to" value blocks the save.
Tick Total order weight and fill Show up to total order weight, in kilograms. Empty means no ceiling. The rule uses the total weight of the cart, not the heaviest item.
Tick Selected products and choose whether pickup points are hidden when the cart contains the products you pick, or shown only then. Choose products opens the Shopify product picker. Until you pick at least one product, the rule does nothing.
When a cart fails any active rule, the customer is not shown the pickup modal and pickup delivery is hidden at checkout for every enabled carrier. Cash on delivery at a parcel locker is hidden with it. The customer simply sees your other delivery options, with no error message and nothing on screen to explain the change.
Test each rule with a real cart before trusting it, since the rules combine and a cart only needs to fail one.
On the Free and Basic plans this card is visible but not applied. Saved values are kept and start working after an upgrade.
