On the General tab of Settings, untick The app works in the store on the App activity card and save. The badge changes to Disabled, and Settings and the dashboard both carry a banner with an Enable app button.
What stops and what does not
Stopped: the pickup modal, the hiding of "Buy now", the checkout rules and post-purchase point selection. Customers go through the plain Shopify flow.
Kept: every setting, including your rate mapping, visibility rules and label accounts. Nothing is deleted.
Orders that already carry a point keep it, and you can still generate their labels from the order page.
To turn it back on, tick the checkbox again or press Enable app on either banner. Everything resumes as it was.
What to do next
Only stopping the fast checkout guard? Stop customers skipping the picker with Buy now has its own checkbox.
Only stopping pickup delivery for certain carts? Hide pickup delivery for heavy, cheap or specific orders.
Check the badge afterwards. It is an easy thing to leave switched off.
