InPost by Progus touches five moments in a customer's path. Knowing all five makes every other setting easier to place. The wording below is what an English storefront shows. Other storefront languages show the same screens in their own language.
A panel appears next to the checkout button. It reads InPost locker, with the line "Choose now or finish after purchase." and a button Choose point.
Clicking the checkout button, or Choose point, opens a modal titled Choose delivery. It has one tile per enabled carrier, InPost locker and ORLEN Paczka, plus an opt-out tile Other delivery.
Choosing a carrier opens Choose a pickup point: a map with a search box and a list of points. The customer picks one and the choice is saved on the cart.
Your pickup rate is renamed to carry the code of the chosen point and moved to the top of the delivery options, so the customer sees the confirmed choice without opening anything. If no point was chosen, the rate carries a "choose after purchase" note instead and pickup delivery stays available.
On the Thank you page and the Order status page, the app shows the saved point. If there is none, it offers a map and a list of nearby points, so the customer can still choose one. Once saved, the block reads InPost locker selected.
Run the journey yourself once, both with and without choosing a point.
The modal and map can be restyled and reworded on the Standard plan and above.
If a step is missing on your store, start with The pickup picker does not appear in my cart.
