InPost plans: what each one includes

What Free, Basic, Standard and Premium cost, the monthly pickup order limit on each, the once-per-store trial, and what each plan card actually lists.

Open Plans in the InPost by Progus navigation. Under the eyebrow Billing it says how to choose: "Choose a plan that matches your monthly number of InPost locker orders." The plan you are on carries the badge Current plan.

Step 1: Read the usage meter first

Above the cards, Plan usage carries your plan name, "0 / 5 this month" under the bar and "5 orders left · August 2026" on the right.

Step 2: The four plans

The prices are monthly, and each card carries its order limit under the price.

  • Free: $0, 5 orders per month.

  • Basic: $9.99 per month, 150 orders per month.

  • Standard: $19.99 per month, 600 orders per month, badged Most popular until it becomes your own plan.

  • Premium: $49.99 per month, 2,000 orders per month.

Step 3: Try a paid plan before you pay for it

The free trial is once per store, not once per card. Before you have used any of it, each paid card's button reads Try 14 days free. Switching between paid plans, or cancelling and coming back, keeps counting from that same window instead of resetting it, and once the window is spent the button reads Choose plan instead, with no trial. The card with no button is whichever plan you are on; from a paid plan, Free shows Choose plan.

Step 4: Pay yearly, or use a code

The toggle above the cards switches between Monthly and Annual -17%. On the yearly cycle Basic is $99.50 per year, Standard is $199.10 and Premium is $497.90, each shown with "Save 17%". Under the toggle, Have a discount code? opens a field for a code we have given you.

Step 5: What each plan includes

Each card lists what it adds on top of the plan below it.

  • Free: Locker selection in cart, InPost label generation and Visibility rules by value, weight, and products.

  • Basic: Everything in Free.

  • Standard: Everything in Basic, Locker brand kit, Appearance customization and Hide payment methods for InPost.

  • Premium: Everything in Standard and Dedicated support.

Step 6: What happens if you go back down

Downgrading erases nothing. Payments carries the badge Available from Standard and the note Saved settings are kept and will work again after upgrade once you drop below Standard. Locker modal and map carries the note only, with no badge.

What to do next

  • Watch the usage meter, not the calendar: What happens when you reach your monthly order limit.

  • Not sure Standard is worth it? Start the trial and see what it unlocks.

  • Plan changes are confirmed on Shopify's approval screen and appear on your Shopify bill.
