What happens when you reach your monthly order limit

How to check the InPost order limit, upgrade when the limit is reached, and make checkout accept new pickup orders again.

Use this when pickup delivery stopped because your monthly order limit was reached, or when you have changed plans and need checkout to accept new InPost pickup orders again. The limit is monthly: Free 5, Basic 150, Standard 600, and Premium 2,000. At the limit, the app writes checkout pickup rates with new InPost orders turned off.

Step 1: Check the plan limit

Open Plans and check whether Limit reached is shown.

Step 2: Pick a higher limit

Choose a plan whose monthly limit is higher than the number already used this month.

Step 3: Return to the app

Return to the app after Shopify approves the plan change.

Step 4: Refresh checkout rules

Open Dashboard once to let the app write checkout rules with new InPost orders on again.

Step 5: Enable the app if needed

If the app shows the disabled warning, click Enable app. The app saves the enabled state and syncs checkout rules again.

What to do next

  • Compare the plan limits: InPost plans: what each one includes.

  • Test the checkout journey again: Test pickup selection before going live.

  • If the rate is still missing: Pickup delivery is missing at checkout.

Stuck on any of this? Open the chat in the bottom right corner of the app and we will help you set it up.
