A discount code lowers the price of a paid InPost plan. Where the Plans page shows a code field, you enter the code there, then choose the plan at the reduced price.
The app checks your code when you apply it and again when you choose a plan. Some codes carry their own rules:
The free-week code works from 7 days after you installed the app. It is for stores on Free, or on a paid plan bought in the last 14 days.
The order-limit code unlocks once you have used 80% of your monthly order limit.
Any code can be limited to certain plans, a billing period, one store, an expiry date or a number of uses.
A code that breaks a rule is refused and nothing is charged. When you apply the code, the message appears under the field. When you choose a plan, it appears in an error banner at the top of the page.
Click Plans in the app navigation.
If you see Have a discount code? under the billing toggle, click it.
Type the code and click Apply code. A green pill shows the discount, and the plan cards it covers show the reduced price next to the crossed-out one.
Click the button on the plan card. Shopify opens its charge approval page, where you confirm the final price.
On the plan you already have, a button reads Choose plan only when your code covers that plan and billing period and is not already active on it. Otherwise that card has no button. Clicking it replaces your current subscription at once.
Compare what each plan includes: InPost plans: what each one includes.
See what happens near your limit: What happens when you reach your monthly order limit.
