The General tab of Settings has a card called Delivery country. Its options are the markets InPost serves, not your own Shopify markets. The country you pick decides which points your customers see on the map and how your labels are produced.
Each option is the country name followed by its code, for example Poland (PL) or Italy (IT). Choose the market you are selling into, not the country your company is registered in. Save.
The Labels tab changes with the country you chose. In Poland you connect an InPost account by pasting an API token, with Apaczka as an alternative route. Outside Poland you use the button Connect with InPost and fill in a Sender phone. Set this up before your first order.
Outside Poland the app shows less. ORLEN Paczka as a second carrier, the choice between parcel lockers and shop pickup points, cash on delivery at a locker and the Order systems tab with Baselinker and Apilo all disappear. On every other market your customers are offered parcel lockers.
Map a shipping rate on the Delivery method card. Rates from other shipping zones are hidden from that select.
Run a test cart from that country. The picker removes itself for customers outside the markets the app serves.
Set up labels for that market next: Connect your InPost account for labels.
