Choosing points works without any account. Printing labels does not. You connect the account that produces them on the Labels tab of Settings, and what it asks for depends on your delivery country.
The card is InPost account and labels. Generate a token in InPost Manager, then paste it into the InPost API token field and save.
One token can cover several organizations. If yours does, pick the one you ship under from the Organization list. Until you do, labels are refused.
InPost requires a phone number for the sender. The app takes it from Shopify or from your InPost account, and asks only if it finds neither. Fill Sender phone in the format shown, e.g. +48 600 000 000. It is used for labels only.
On other markets the card is InPost account and there is no token to copy. Press Connect with InPost and sign in on their page. The one field you fill is again the sender phone, required if your Shopify store phone has no number.
Only Connected produces labels. Any other badge names the piece that is missing: an organization, a phone, or credentials that did not verify. Clear it before your first pickup order ships.
