The app never adds a delivery option to your checkout. It takes the pickup rate you mapped in Settings and relabels it, so the customer sees their own choice confirmed. Here is what that looks like on screen.
The point code is added to your rate name, so "Locker InPost" reads "Locker InPost · POP-WAW62". Your rate keeps its own name in Shopify. The renamed rate moves to the top of its delivery group, with the cash on delivery rate right underneath if you offer it. If you sell both InPost and ORLEN Paczka, the other carrier drops off the list, so nobody pairs an ORLEN point with the InPost rate.
A customer who skipped the picker still gets pickup delivery. The rate then says the point will be chosen after the order, in the language of your delivery country. Collect the point with the Thank you and Order status blocks.
Nothing is renamed or reordered if no rate is mapped in Settings, if the app is switched off, or if your store is over its monthly pickup order limit. In all three cases the delivery options reach the customer exactly as Shopify sends them. A cart that breaks one of your visibility rules is a different case: there the pickup rates are hidden outright, for every enabled carrier, and cash on delivery goes with them.
Name your rate so it still reads well with a point code after it.
If the rate is not being renamed at all, check Delivery method in Settings first, then your monthly order limit on Plans.
If the rate is missing entirely rather than unchanged, see Pickup delivery is missing at checkout.
