Let customers pick an InPost locker at checkout

Use this setup when customers should choose an InPost locker before they pay. The picker flow works on Free, Basic, Standard, and Premium plans.

Create the Shopify shipping rate for InPost locker delivery before you map it in the app.

Step 1: Enable the cart picker in your theme

On Dashboard, click Enable in theme on Locker selection in cart.

Step 2: Turn on the app embed

In the theme editor, turn on Wybór Paczkomatu, and save.

Step 3: Open the delivery method settings

In the app, open Settings and find Delivery method.

Step 4: Map InPost to your Shopify rate

Tick InPost and choose your InPost locker rate under Shipping rate.

Step 5: Save the settings

Click Save.

Step 6: Test the cart flow

Open your storefront cart with a shippable product and click Choose point.

Step 7: Pick a locker

Select an InPost locker on the map and let the cart show the saved choice.

Step 8: Check checkout

At checkout, choose the Shopify rate you mapped for InPost locker delivery.

What to do next

• Add the fallback for orders that skip the cart: Add pickup selection to the Thank you and Order status pages.

• Decide whether cart picks should return to cart or go straight to checkout: Choose what happens after a customer picks a point.

• If the rate is missing at checkout, use Pickup delivery is missing at checkout.
